OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (KOKH) Once again, FOX 25 has joined forces with the OKC-County Health Department and the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City for Take It Off Oklahoma! Challenge. During the three month competition, anyone is encouraged to weigh in on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, January, February, and March. The goal is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight before the March 13th weigh in.

The YMCA of Greater OKC is providing some great prizes this session. Every month when you come weigh in you will receive a free 10-day pass to the YMCA, so you can work out at any OKC YMCA twice a week each month after you weigh in. There will be some other great prizes for our biggest loser too. Each participant who joins the competition will be given a goal to lose 5% of their body weight during the three-month period. Everyone that comes to weigh-in all three times will get a limited edition Take It Off Oklahoma! T-shirt!

There are two places you can sign up and weigh-in, in South Oklahoma City, stop by the YMCA Earlywine Branch located at 11801 S May Ave in Oklahoma City. For North Oklahoma City, stop by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department's Northeast Regional Health and Wellness Campus. That's at 2600 NE 63rd St, Oklahoma City in OKC.
