Tasty Tuesday: Good for you Guacamole!

3 Avocados, roughly chopped (1 ½ c mashed)

¼ c Onion , diced

1 c Tomatoes, diced

½ c Feta, crumbled

1 T Lemon juice

Dash of salt and pepper, optional

1. MASH avocados in a medium bowl.

2. ADD remaining ingredients and MIX well.

3. REFRIGERATE and SERVE with Baked Chips

Makes 12- ¼ c servings

Nutrition Information: 100 calories, 9 g fat, 5 mg cholesterol,

125 mg sodium, 6 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 2 g protein
