Today on Tasty Tuesday, Shelby Cashman learns how to whip up a chicken salad that tastes great and is great for you. Here is the recipe from Registered Dietitian, Tiffany Hull:

Mango Curry Chicken Salad

2 1/2 cups grilled skinless boneless chicken, cut into 1/2" cubes

1/2 cup plain, nonfat yogurt

1 t curry

1/2 c cubed mango

1 c dried, sweetened cranberries

1/2 c walnuts

1/3 c mozzarella, cut into small cubes

Directions:

Blend yogurt and curry in a medium bowl. Stir in chicken, mango, cranberries, walnuts and mozzarella. Mix well.
