25 for 25

In 2018, it's estimated that among u.S. Women there will be over 266,000 new cases of invasive breast cancer and sadly almost 41,000 breast cancer deaths. That's why more money is needed for research. Alisa Pope is the Events Manager with Susan G Komen of Central & Western Oklahoma tells us more about the the upcoming 25th annual race for the cure will helps raise that money for that research.

Rachelle Kirkpatrick is a breast cancer survivor and part of the "25 for 25" that will be honored at this year's Race for the Cure in October. Rachelle's story is unique in the fact that her cancer was found by using an MRI and not a mammogram.
