Bank of the West robbed Tuesday in Warr Acres
OKLAHOMA CITY — The FBI is searching for suspects after a bank robbery in Warr Acres Tuesday afternoon. According to the FBI, just before 5 p.m. Tuesday a suspect entered the Bank of the West branch location at 5757 N.W. Expressway and passed a note demanding money to a teller. The teller complied with the demand and gave the suspect and undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then left the bank westbound on N.W. Expressway in a four-door, pewter colored, Lexus. Authorities believe the Lexus was an early 2000's model and was driven by another suspect. Police describe the suspect as a black male or possibly female with light complexion and long dreadlocks in their mid 30s. The suspect has a heavy build and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes and dark sunglasses.
