The FBI is searching for a suspect following the robbery of a Lawton bank Monday afternoon. According to the FBI, at approximately 3:45 p.m. the suspect entered the Southwest Federal Credit Union at 6714 W. Gore Blvd and threatened two tellers with a .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol while demanding money. The tellers complied and placed an undisclosed amount of money in a shopping bag the suspect provided. While the money was being placed in the bag the suspects gun discharged, sending a round through the bag. Neither teller was hit with the bullet. The suspect then left the bank on foot in an unknown direction of travel. The suspect is described by authorities as a male standing at approximately 5'6" tall and 150-175 pounds wearing a gray hoodie, dark ski mask, and dark or mirrored sunglasses.
