Police found guns, ammo, drug paraphernalia on 2 Chainz' tour bus

2 Chainz, AKA Tauheed Epps was arrested August 22nd for obstruction.

Police say when they executed a search warrant on 2 Chainz' tour bus, they found several guns, ammunition, prescription medication, and drug paraphernalia.

According to the paperwork filed Tuesday, police found two semi-automatic pistols, a 12-gauge shotgun, prescription painkillers, marijuana residue, and ammunition on the tour bus occupied by 2 Chainz, real name Tauheed Epps, and 10 other men.

The search warrant inventory was filed in Oklahoma County District on Tuesday.

Around 9:00 AM on August 22nd, police obtained a search warrant and reported finding two .40-caliber semi-automatics, one of which was loaded with 10 rounds in the magazine. They also found a 12-gauge shotgun and ammo for all three guns.

Along with the weapons, police reported finding several items related to smoking marijuana including metal grinders and smoking pipes, both with marijuana residue, prescription medications without a prescription, rolling papers, scales, and tar-like substance with a marijuana odor.

The 35-year-old rapper and the rest of the men were on board the tour bus on August 21 when it was pulled just before midnight over for a faulty taillight. When officers walked up to the bus, they reported seeing and smelling marijuana smoke and told the occupants they had probable cause to search the bus, according to an affidavit filed last week.

When more officers arrived on scene, they once again tried to enter the bus but found a passenger, Abdullah Mujahid, sitting next to the locked door inside the bus. Officers ordered Mujahid to open the bus but say he shook his head and then held up a copy of the U.S. Constitution.

At 5:30 AM, police towed the bus to a secure facility with the men inside the vehicle.

At 9:20 AM on August 22, police obtained a search warrant and the 11 men on board exited the bus.

The 11 arrested were all booked into the Oklahoma County Jail for obstruction of a public officer:

Oklahoma Police say they found narcotics on the bus, but didn't go into detail about what drug it was.
