Oklahoma WIC may run out of funds at the end of October

90,000 people using the Women, Infants, and Children program could be going without if the shutdown continues into November.

Pam Williams, spokeswoman for the Oklahoma State Department of Health, tells FOX 25 they have enough funds to get through October but if the shutdown is continued into November, they'd become a priority system.

That means WIC services could be stopped to the approximately 90,000 people using the service.
