Oklahoma Highway Patrol looking for new recruits, how you can apply

      OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is recruiting applicants for the 63rd OHP Academy that's tentatively scheduled to begin in January.Applicants must be a U.S. citizen at least 21 years old, but no older than 45 at the start of the academy, and pass a background check.Applicants must have an associate's degree or a minimum of 62 college credit hours from an accredited college or university; or have a combination of 32 college credit hours plus three years active or reserve U.S. military service; or 32 college credit hours with an honorable discharge from any active or reserve U.S. military branch before the academy starts.Applications will be accepted until June 30th and are accepted online at
