Oklahoma County searches for man wanted in 2012 manslaughter

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office is hoping you can help find a man wanted for manslaughter and DUI after deputies say he crashed his vehicle and killed his passenger.Deputies announced they have an active warrant for John Scott Longan, 35, for his role in the crash.Deputies said on November 10, 2012, an officer saw a track crashed into a concrete and brick sign in the 1100 block of N. Stonewall Avenue in Oklahoma City. The passenger was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.According to the sheriff's office, Longan had been drinking before the accident. They also said they found a bottle of Oxycotin which wasn't prescribed to either of the people inside the truck.The Oklahoma County Sheriff asks anyone with information about Longan's location to call (405) 713-1968.
