Oklahoma City Police search for suspect wanted for choking, abusing woman for hours
The Oklahoma City Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a man wanted on domestic abuse charges related to a call earlier this month.Police were called to an apartment in SW Oklahoma City by a caller who said a woman had been found beaten so badly she could not walk. According to police, by the time they arrived, the suspect, 29-year-old Taylor Elledge, had left the area. Police said he attacked a woman and left her with serious injuries. During the attack, police said Elledge beat her with his fists, threw her against a wall and told her she was going to die. Police said he also choked her before he eventually left her in the apartment.According to the police report, the victim weighs about 100 pounds and Elledge stands 6'03" and weighs about 200 pounds.After he left, a friend of the victim stopped by and found her and then called 911Police say Elledge is driving a newer Chevy Tahoe with black rims. He's wanted for assault and battery with intent to kill and police consider him dangerous. They're ask anyone who sees him to contact police.
