As police continue to investigate a murder at a nightclub in Bricktown over the weekend, they've released surveillance photos of the murder suspect.
Zachary Bowie, 30, was shot and killed in the early hours of Saturday morning outside of Club Social along the Bricktown Canal. Officers say when they arrived they found him suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
According to police, the suspect was kicked out of Club Social when he started making threats. Security at the club say he threatened to return with a gun.
When the man was kicked out of the club he said he was going to "spray" the security staff. The owner said the man returned moments later across the canal and fired a gun, hitting the victim.
Police say he was captured on surveillance cameras at a nearby business just minutes before the shooting. On Tuesday, police released the photos in hopes someone will recognize him or the female he was with at the time of the shooting.
Anyone with information about the identity of either of these two is asked to call the Homicide tip-line (405) 297-1200.
