Agents pulled over the car on I-40 Wednesday night. The OBN K9 "Xena" was called in and hit on the car with two men from Florida inside. Inside the car officers found eight pounds of marijuana along with a cache of cannabis-infused products.A spokesman with the OBN says the drivers had visited marijuana dispensaries in California and Colorado and legally purchased the products according to the laws in those states. OBN says they were on their way back to Florida where they planned to illegally sell the products. The driver and a passenger were arrested and booked into the Canadian County jail.OBN says the edibles, which included candies infused with THC (a chemical found in marijuana), are the new face of the marijuana problem in Oklahoma. Some of the cannabis creations included drinks that appear to mimic popular energy drinks. The OBN says those products could be easily disguised by children and could be dangerous to younger children. The OBN says the products that are purchased in states that allow medical and even recreational marijuana are being trafficked across state lines and sold for three to five times the original purchase price. We'll have more on this story tonight on the Fox 25 Primetime News at Nine.
