A Norman man has now been charged in the death of a five-month old boy.
Tre'viance Walker is being charged with first-degree murder in the death of his girlfriend's son. The incident happened on December seventh in Norman. Walker was with the baby while watching the Bedlam game.
Norman police say Walker shook the five-month old child to death because he was upset with the football game. After the baby was declared dead, Walker claimed not to have had any contact with him. But during a second interview, Walker said that he lied, and shook and dropped the baby when it was crying during the game.
Fox 25 spoke with a neighbor who says Walker was frustrated because he lost $200 on the game.
