New Jersey EMTs rush to rescue doll left in hot SUV
A case of mistaken identity has left a New York woman with an unexpected car repair bill. She says an EMS crew bashed in her side's window in Hoboken, N.J.A passer-by spotter what appeared to be child strapped into a car-seat with the windows up.It turns out that the woman's grand-daughter left her favorite doll sitting in the car-seat. But that wasn't until the Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corp arrived and made a split decision to break the driver's side window to 'save' the doll.Now, she's is trying to get the city to pay for her repairs. "The doll's there, all you have to do is go like this and there's the doll," Kitty Mieles said.
