The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Yukon teen who was pulled from Lake Thunderbird Sunday evening has died from his injuries.17-year-old Woodrow Swecker was pulled from Lake Thunderbird around 5:45 p.m. Sunday. According to the OHP, he was in about six of water and was swimming toward a boat that was adrift. When he was roughly 50 feet from the shore, he went under.He was pulled from the water and CPR was performed before EMSA arrived. Once they were on scene, they loaded him into an ambulance and took him to a local hospital where he was initially listed in critical condition.Monday morning, police said Swecker died from his injuries.
