Most aging parents have not discussed retirement with their children

There are plenty of things we don't like talking about and a new report finds that finances tops the list.

A survey conducted by Merrill Lynch found that 70% of Americans over the age of 25 have not had a discussion with their parents about retirement.

More than half of parents over the age of 50 have not discussed with their children key financial issues, including wills, health directives, inheritance plans or where they plan to retire.
