Masked suspect robs Oklahoma City bank

Authorities are searching for a bank robbery suspect who donned a skull mask and skeleton gloves during the robbery Friday.

According to the FBI, just before 4 p.m. Tuesday the suspect robbed the Bank of Oklahoma branch located at 2601 N. Meridian. The suspect interrupted a teller and customer transaction and demanded money from the teller.

The teller complied and gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect departed the bank on foot, heading north. Witnesses did not observe a weapon on the suspect and no was injured during the incident.

Authorities describe the suspect as a black male. He is said to weigh approximately 300 pounds and is described as 6'2" tall. The suspect was wearing a gray sweatshirt, an orange construction safety vest, an orange head covering, a skull face mask and skeleton hand gloves.

Authorities believe the suspect may be responsible for two previous metro bank robberies earlier in the year.
