Manhunt for man wanted on warrants called off in Oklahoma County

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office has called off its search for a man who may be armed east of Midwest City.

Officials say the Warrant Team was trying to serve a warrant for stolen property when the man took off in a pickup truck. The suspect, 50-year-old Jesse Hisaw, has warrants for concealing stolen property.

He was last seen near Noma Road and I40 between S. Post and S. Westminster Road.

Hisaw is white, 6'1, 235lbs, blue eyes. If you have information on his whereabouts please call 911.

As officials search for Hisaw, Midwest City locked down three schools: Barnes Elementary, Carl Albert High School, and Carl Albert Middle School around noon. At 1:00 PM, Mid-Del said they had lifted the lockdown.

At 1:30 PM, the Sheriff's Department said it has canceled the search and Hisaw was not in custody. The vehicle that he was driving was stolen, according to officials.
