Kevin Durant and Lebron James lead All Star Voting

The first NBA All Star Game voting is released with Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant and Miami's Lebron James leading the pack in their respective conferences. James, received 609,336 votes to lead all voters. Durant is second overall with 607,407 votes.

Joining Durant on the West starting unit (for now) is Houston's Dwight Howard, and the Clippers' Blake Griffin and Chris Paul. The other guard is the Lakers Kobe Bryant.

The Thunder's Russell Westbrook is currently 6th in the voting for guards.
