Kentucky principal sings Snowhemian Rhapsody
When winter weather rears its head and cancels school, kids and teachers alike can be pretty excited about it and there are only so many ways you can deliver the news.
The principal of a Kentucky elementary school decided to tell his kids' parents in a unique way: by singing "Snowhemian Rhapsody".
Stephens Elementary School Principal James Detwiler, with the help of the school's drama teacher, belted out the tune for parents Monday. He wrote the song to bring a little fun to the phone messages the school sends to alert parents.
In Oklahoma, the likelihood of schools begin canceled tomorrow is good, especially with several inches of snow on the ground and bitterly cold temperatures forecasted. Find out if your kids are out of school by clicking here.
