Durham faces up to life in prison if convicted of engaging in illegal sexual conduct in foreign places and other charges.Erwin rejected requests from prosecutors that Durham be detained and allegations that Durham is a danger to the community and could flee if released. Erwin stayed his ruling until Tuesday afternoon so prosecutors can appeal the ruling.Durham is accused of engaging in sex acts with up to 10 children between April and June.Copyright 2014 Associated Press.
