New research shows a mid-life crisis might be normal even if the reason why can't be explained.
A Princeton researcher found that our well-being follows a "U" shape over our life... meaning there is a dip in satisfaction and expectations about life when we are middle aged.
Turns out many expect, incorrectly, that happiness and satisfaction increases in young adulthood and decreases during old age, which is not the case.
