High school coach fired for cap gun prank
A popular Minnesota high school dance coach is out of a job after a school prank went horribly wrong, with some students saying they even had to seek counseling. School officials say the dance team had an overnight lock in at the school for team building. Apparently the staff member bought cap guns into the darkened school building and played a prank on the students. Some of the younger girls say they were so terrified, they had to seek counseling to deal with the incident. The school's superintendent says the school takes security very seriously for their students and that the prank was in violation of the school's hazing and weapons policy. Though some of the dance team members tried to rally and show support for the coach, the superintendent says it was the right decision to let him go.
