Update: Olivia Smith has been located.Authorities found her in Seminole TX at around 1:40 Friday morning.Smith is safe and sound.So word on the persons of interest connected with her kidnapping.07/18/14 Update: The Kingfisher County Sheriff's Office has confirmed the vehicle the were seeking in connection with the Amber Alert was located in the Houston area.The original vehicle description has been reinstated. That vehicle was a newer model dark gray Nissan Murano SUV with an unknown Texas license plate. Olivia Smith, the 5-month-old, and the two women, Cindy Findley and Jennifer Skousen, have not been located.

The vehicle is thought to be a black over brown 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Turbo Tech with a Texas license plate BYZ-3364. The vehicle was last seen in Elmwood, OK. The Kingfisher County Sheriff's Office now believes the suspect, Cindy Findley, may be headed toward Salt Lake City, UT. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for a missing 5-month-old from Cashion.Kingfisher County Sheriff's Office say the alert was issued around 2:45 p.m. Thursday for 5-month-old Olivia Smith from Cashion.The sheriff says the girl is white, wearing a pink and gray long-sleeved floral shirt.The vehicle she was in is described as a gray Nissan Murano with Texas license plates. Officials did not have a license plate number available.The suspect is 47-year-old Cindy Findley and they may be heading to Texas. The Amber Alert issued also states that Cindy was traveling with another woman, 43-year-old Jennifer Skousen.According to the Amber Alert, Cindy has a mental condition and made comments about having a vision of the child dying in two days. According to Kingfisher County Sheriff's Office, the child's mother and father are both in prison. The girl's grandmother and step-grandfather have custody of her.Officials say Cindy Findley is the sister of the child's step-grandfather. Police say she took the child from the home and is from The Woodlands, Texas, a suburb of Houston.According to the sheriff, Cindy walked into an open door of the home, picked up the infant and walked out.They were last seen traveling east but were unsure what road they were traveling on.Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
