Adair County fugitive arrested
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) reports David Tush has been taken into custody.
Tush , 37, was arrested Saturday morning by officers from the Eastern District of Oklahoma Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force, Adair Co. Sheriff's Office, District 27 Drug Task Force, Westville Police Department, and Watts Police Department at a home in Adair County.
A warrant of Tush's arrest was issued on April 2nd in connection with the assault and battery of a 35-year-old woman.
The Westville, OK police had requested OSBI assistance on March 30th, after the victim reported a man had driven her to an unknown location and beat her. The woman was than returned her to her home that evening and walked to a neighbor's home to report the beating. The victim was taken to an Arkansas hospital where she was treated for injuries.
Tush's brother, Scotty Tush, 47, was also arrested on a warrant out of Arkansas.
